Conceptualization, Development, Implementation and Accountability for operational brand marketing plan which optimizes market share and sales growth for a brand (s) in the short, medium and long term.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least an Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, applied sciences or medicine. An MBA is desirable.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a leading company in the Orthopedic device industry in the Product management department.
  • Strong relationships with the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the country.

  • Alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas según las directrices de la empresa y la política
  • Promover la Compañía y la marca y que los productos sean disponibles en los hospitales, clínicas e instituciones.
  • Llevar a cabo planes estratégicos de la empresa con la ayuda de los artículos promocionales otorgados por el Departamento de Marketing.
  • Organizar eventos, seminarios,exposiciones etc. para promover la empresa y sus marcas.
  • Habilidades interpersonales excelentes y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Planificación y capacidad de análisis.
  • instinto para la venta (venta basada en la relación).
  • Agresiva para cumplir los objetivos y plazos.
  • Excelente conocimiento científico y la familiaridad con el uso de los instrumentos.


Requirements:

  • Los candidatos deben poseer por lo menos una licenciatura en farmacia,ciencias aplicadas o la medicina.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en una empresa líder en la industria de dispositivos ortopédicos como ejecutivo de ventas o un especialista del instrumento.
